By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

 

(1) All item(s) that have undergone a successful invoice transaction are considered FINAL, PAID, SOLD and NOT REFUNDABLE.

— A change of mind does not entitle buyer a refund, size exchange or style swap.

— by abimer has the right to refuse to a sale.

 

(2) Pre-ordered pieces are NOT applicable for exchange or refund. All pre-ordered items require FULL PAYMENT. Please note that pre-ordered items have 14 - 20 days lead time. Customer/buyer will be the one to shoulder shipping and other necessary fees aside from the item ordered.

 

(3) by abimer accepts size exchange of the same style for REGULAR PRICED ITEM(S) and given that SIZE intended for exchange of the SAME ITEM is available and on hand ONLY. All items for Size Exchange and Style Swap must be shipped back to us within 4 days of the request approval. Size Exchange and Style swap must be made within 2 days upon receiving your order and is only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock and size availability of on hand items.

— Customer will shoulder shipping expenses and other necessary fees incurred during the exchange.

—Size exchange is currently available to Philippine residents ONLY. Orders outside the Philippines are FINAL and cannot be exchanged.

 

(4) Once payment has been settled, by abimer will email you received payment confirmation. Please give us 24 -48 hours to process your payments upon ordering. We will then ship your order within 1 - 2 business days (except for pre-orders which will be shipped after 7 - 14 working days). An email will be sent with the tracking number of your package.

— by abimer will send your package updates within 24 hours after it has been shipped out.

— by abimer is not liable for late packages caused by unforeseeable events. Lost packages will undergo investigation with the 3rd party courier.

 

(5) Upon usage of the website, it is deemed that buyer has understood and read by abimer’s Terms and Conditions. by abimer has the right to refuse sale to any person who does not follow the Terms and Conditions stated.
