Click on the “Shop” tab from the menu and you’ll see all the items currently in stock. You can also check out our Collections based on what you’re looking for by clicking on “Collections” tab.
Choose the piece(s) you want and specify your preferred size. Check your cart to see your selection(s) and click on the “Checkout” button once you’re ready to pay.
Fill in your shipping details in the checkout page and submit your order when finished. A confirmation email should be sent your way once successful.
Please note that when ordering through our website, shipping fee is automatically added.
You can pay us thru —
1. Online Bank Transfer via BDO or BPI
2. Over-the-Counter Bank Deposit
3. Credit Card or Debit Card via PayPal
After checking out, you can either pay thru PayPal or do Manual Payment (Online Banking or Over-the-Counter via BDO/BPI). Please settle your payment as soon as possible.
We don’t reserve as our pieces are very limited x
All orders will ship in 1-2 business days (except for pre-orders which will be shipped after 14 - 21 working days). Once we have processed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
We currently ship packages via Gogo Express, which usually takes 1 - 2 business days for Metro Manila and 2 - 3 business days for Provincial (except for pre-orders which will be shipped after 14 - 21 working days).

Before we ship items out, we make sure that they are in perfect condition. Please read our Return Policy and Requirements below:
Strictly no refunds and no returns for PayPal orders. Only SIZE EXCHANGE is allowed (and given that SIZE intended for exchange of the SAME ITEM is available and on hand)
1. Returns are ONLY allowed for changing of SIZE/STYLE given the following:
— Your mode of Payment made is anything but PayPal
— The SIZE of the SAME item and STYLE desired for exchange is available and has on hand stock
2. ITEM(S) for exchange must be returned in NEW CONDITION — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached
3. All items for Size Exchange and Style Swap must be shipped back to us within 4 days of the request approval
If you wish to exchange SIZE of the SAME item:
Size exchange must be made within 2 days upon receiving your order and is only allowed provided that SIZE desired for exchange is still available.
— Send us an email at email@example.com with the Subject: SIZE EXCHANGE and wait for our email back approval
— Buyer will shoulder the shipping fee of returning back the item(s) to us and shipment back to the buyer of item(s) exchanged. Please deposit the shipping fee (depending on your shipping address) to our BPI or BDO account. Please deposit the shipping fee (depending on your shipping address) to our BPI or BDO account. Account details will be provided via email and the address where the buyer can ship back the item.
— We will ship out the RIGHT SIZE once we have received the shipping fee + item for exchange
If you wish to swap a Style/Item:
Style swap must be made within 2 days upon receiving your order and is only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.
— Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject: STYLE SWAP and wait for our email back approval
— You have the option to exchange an item (as long as the item you wish to switch to is of the SAME VALUE or HIGHER) for an existing item that currently has stock of your preferred Size.
— Buyer will shoulder the shipping fee of returning back the item(s) to us and shipment back to the buyer of item(s) exchanged. Please deposit the shipping fee (depending on your shipping address) to our BPI or BDO account. Account details will be provided via email and the address where the buyer can ship back the item.
— Balance difference must be settled by client, should the item for exchange be of higher value.
We cannot exchange an item or take returns if the piece has been worn or used.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. Customer is responsible for any Return Shipping Costs.
A maximum of one exchange item per customer will be allowed.
By Abimer reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
All sales are final after 8 days of purchase.
We use very delicate Fabrics for our designs like Lace, Linen, Mesh and the ones alike. Please take good care of your pieces the same way we made them. See the following below for your guide —
Gentle hand wash in cold water separately or with LIKE colors only. Do not wring. Do not Bleach. Line dry. Light iron or steam. Dry cleanable.
We only accept alterations such as (and are limited to):
- Shortening of hem
- Loosening or tightening sides
A fee of ₱500 will be charged. Customer should ship back the item for alteration and should pay thru Bank Transfer the Alteration Fee(s) and NEW Shipping Fee. Once we received back the item, alterations agreed upon will be made and we will ship the altered item back to the customer.
Please note that the Alteration fee may differ depending on the requests. Some fees may go up to ₱600 and up.
Any form of alteration that will change the design will not be accommodated.
Pieces under our “Archived Styles” are either sold-out or are currently in production for Pre-Order(s). We hate overproducing and make limited quantities of each style (some are only limited to 2 pieces per design/fabric) so as soon as styles have sold out, we can either take pre-orders (subject to Fabric Availability) or customer can wait until we can have on hand pieces up on the site again.
Pre-orders can take 14 - 20 days to be fulfilled — depending on Fabric availability and Production capacity. We have every right to cancel a pre-order if said style can no longer be made due to Fabric or Production limitation(s).

Strictly no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds for pre-ordered pieces and markdown items.
We are not a fast fashion brand and we hate overproducing so some styles and their quantity are just limited to the available fabric we have and how much of it is left. We also like to give exclusivity to our customers who purchase our product by producing just a few pieces of the same style. As for our sizing, we fit from an extra small and grade up from there so our sizing is naturally skewed towards smaller sizes but working on making more available pieces for more size options x
We’re working our hardest on making our pieces available Globally! If you’re an International Customer and wants to shop our pieces, you can shop and pay via Paypal and we will have your order shipped via our International Courier ______. A standard of ______ International Shipping Fee will apply.
We don’t have a physical store at the moment but our Atelier is available for when you want to try the pieces physically but is by appointment only. Once your appointment
is approved, we’ll send you the scheduled date, time and Atelier address for your visit.
